What is your exchange & return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your SignatureSeas.com purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:
- Is in new condition with tag still attached
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way. Stains such as makeup and deodorant on items will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- Is accompanied by the original invoice and packaged appropriately
You have up to 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate your return or exchange on non final sale items. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after the 30 day period. Additionally, original shipping charges are non refundable.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for return or exchange processing once your item arrives at our facility. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
